The hotel is on a hilltop and there are god views - it is also close to the Buttes Chaumont park which is very beautiful and interesting!
The hotel is not easy to access, as the street is only for pedestrians, the parking cellar is dark and with extremely small parking slots - very difficult to navigate with an ordinary family car. The hotel is noisy and badly soundproofed. The rooms are small and the doorways very narrow. The toilet is extremely small and has no handwashing basin.

The room was pretty and clean, just very small (but is normal for Paris). Staff was kind and let us check in a couple hours early. Short walk to subway for easy connections-but outside heart of city. It is in a quiet area and I felt safe there.
The breakfast was terrible and cost 10€. Also the laundry was super expensive and dryer did not fully dry my clothes.

The room is clean and has everything you need, including a bathroom and cooking facilities. 🧼 the location is fantastic, with plenty of cafes and bakeries around for you to enjoy.

We were a school group requiring five apartments and they met our needs perfectly. They were close enough together to allow easy supervision, yet gave the pupils a level of independence they would not have had ina hotel. Some of them even chose to cook! There was easy access to metro stations and enough shops, etc nearby to meet our needs.
It was a bit further from the centre than we would ideally have liked but the proximity to the metro meant that this was not really a problem. A toaster would have been handy.

The room was very clean and comfortable and the location was relatively easy for going to the city center or other areas
The non punctuality in check-in (we were able to check in at about 17:30 where the normal time is 14:00 and when we have arrived at 16:00) and the general attitude of staff who were not enthousiastic in assisting (they did assist but with obvious discomfort)

Apartments were in a nice quiet non-tourist neighborhood with easy access to markets to buy food for cooking and other needs. The metro stops were easy 3 block walk. Local eating was very good. We always came back to this area in the evenings to eat instead of central Paris.
This was located in a non-tourist area which was nice, however the local boys tended to hang out in large groups in the evenings along the front of the apartment area. It can be a little unsettling at first when walking back to the rooms after dark. There is no where to park while you check in and get access to the parking garage. Even though I emailed weeks ahead of time for directions, I received nothing. Had to park illegally while I checked in and it is not a fast process. Streets are narrow in the neighborhood and very few (and I mean VERY few) places to park your car legal or otherwise while you walk the half a block down the closed street to the apartment. Prepaid guest should get directions and the access codes to park in the garage ahead of their arrival.

The apartment was well equipped with a good layout. The hotel was about 2 blocks from the nearest metro stop and had a grocery store on the nearest corner.
Every time we had to deal with the front desk it was a 20-minute process.
